BUDDY’S HOME FURNISHINGS, PEPSI MAX SUPERBOWL GIVEAWAY
JANUARY 23 THRU FEBRUARY 2 2012
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be residents of areas in the WXBM terrestrial coverage area of the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast and 18 years of age or older as of January 23, 2012.
2. Employees of Pamal Broadcasting, Buddy’s Home Furnishings, Pepsi Max, Jersey Mike's Subs, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only ONE qualifier per household.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter. There will be only one qualified entry per household.
4. From January 23rd thru February 2nd, (weekdays) listeners will be instructed to be the correct numbered caller. The correct caller will win Pepsi Max and be entered as a finalist for the grand prize. The radio station will solicit 20 finalists on air. WXBM is not responsible for any telephone system failure or malfunctions or other inability of entrants to reach the telephone entry lines...310-9102 or 1-800-626-WXBM.
5. By calling the designated telephone line, each contestant gives permission to WXBM to record and/or broadcast contestant’s telephone call. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of WXBM, Sunshine Broadcasting, Pamal Broadcasting.
6. Concurrently, listeners will be instructed to stop by Buddy’s Home Furnishings to register to be in the final drawing.
7. Qualifiers need not be present to be eligible to win the Grand Prize. Drawing will take place February 2nd at one of the Buddy’s Home Furnishings locations. Grand Prize winner will receive a certificate good for a 50 inch television, Jersey Mike's Subs for 20 people and Pepsi Max for 20 people. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of the Station or Buddy’s Home Furnishings. Transfer of prize is not allowed.
8. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prize based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
9. In claiming the prize, Grand Prize winner acknowledges that Pamal Broadcasting, WXBM has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
10. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the number of final entries.
11. These rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WXBM, 6085 Quintette Road, Pace Florida. Contest rules will also be posted on www.wxbm.com
12. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Pamal Broadcasting, Buddy’s Home Furnishings, Jersey Mike's Subs and Pepsi Max accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
13. The station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
14. The station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
